Let your creativity and Cedarwood pride shine at Cedarwood Spirit Camp! Campers will team up to design and create banners for outreach events, decorate the back-to-school bulletin board for Cedarwood Celebrates, and stencil custom t-shirts that showcase their unique style. Inspired to go further? You might even help write a poem, cheer, or song to celebrate our incredible community.

Each day blends hands-on creative sessions with plenty of outdoor play and time to connect. The grand finale? Campers are warmly invited to show off their creations and join the Cedarwood community in the Multnomah Days parade this August!

This camp is led by Claire Harrison, Cedarwood’s Educational Support Specialist and a proud Waldorf alum. With a deep love for creative expression and a lifelong connection to Waldorf education, Claire brings her passion for art and community-building to this engaging and inspiring week.

CEDARWOOD CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR 2025: 

Auxiliary Programs, Break and Summer Camps

Cedarwood will issue a full refund for a program or camp canceled by the school. Any cancellation of a camp by Cedarwood will take place at least two weeks in advance of the camp start date. A camp may be canceled if there are fewer than 10 students enrolled.

Camps may also be canceled due to high heat or poor air quality. In the case of poor air quality due to wildfires, camps will be closed for the day if the air quality is rated 151 or higher (unhealthy) by 6:30 a.m. and there is reason to believe it will remain so for a substantial portion of the day.

Parent Cancellations:

If a parent or guardian cancels 1 month prior to the start date of camp, Cedarwood will issue a 50% refund.

If a parent or guardian cancels 1 week prior to the start date of camp, no refund will be made.

Cedarwood reserves the right to cancel a camp due to low enrollment up to 1 month prior to the camp start date. 

Auxiliary programs may be canceled due to low enrollment after the 2nd week.  Cedarwood will refund 100% of the cost.

If an auxiliary program session is canceled by the teacher, it is up to the discretion of the teacher to reschedule.
