8th Grade Presentation: Voices from the United States of America
This fall the students have been reading and learning from a number of history resources to gain a multicultural, diverse perspective on the history of our country.
For this presentation, each student personally chose a historical speech, poem, or scene from American history that they felt was important in weaving the fabric of our country.
In addition to the research and memorization required to create this presentation, each student is also writing a research paper on the topic they chose — and they are working hard!
We hope their voices can warm your home with connection and the reminder that we are strong community, learning together and supporting each other.
